Strip away your SnapChat filters, wipe down your mascara, shave off the overt masculinity on your chin.

Let's undress together.
 

I want you to take off your clothes that confine you in the world of emotion.

Let's start with the many hats you wear each and every day. The mom hat, the dad hat, the friend hat, the worker hat, the child of someone hat...hang them all up and let me see you as you.


Take off the coat,you know the one, the one you wear that reflects the criticism  thrown at you, the one that serves as the armor against the masses who condemn you for stepping in the direction of your dreams.

Unzip the suit conformity.

Let it fall to the floor revealing the you who desires to be free from society's constraints. 

Remove the jewels, watches and  chains of status you wear to remind you that you've made it to the top.

      We spend a lot of time in our Iives doing very serious, earnest activities. We work, we work out, we work on our weak spots. Work, work, work. Now work is a fine thing and is good and productive for all of us but sometimes, it seems like we may have lost the ability to play.Play is, at its heart, a time to improve yourself at many skills in a relaxing way. Juggling, video games, a kick around at the park are all fun ways to get better and improve yourself in a fashion that is relaxing and perhaps more enjoyable than other self improvement methods!Here at PWG, we are strong advocates of playing! Without enjoyment, life can be a hard grind that can become a tough psychological challenge.

 

     Physically, playing is probably one of the best things you can do for your body. Jumping around, playing with the kids and messing around in the pool all give you better coordination, muscular adjustment and balance. Obviously, slack lining or juggling won’t get your body ludicrously...

Switch On! Your Holiday Recipes
Eating healthy, vegan holiday food can get complicated during the hustle and bustle. Here are 5, 20-minute or less holiday healthy, vegan, gluten-free  online nutrition recipes for you to enjoy with easy to find ingredients and traditional flavors.
*Inside Out Apple Pie


Ingredients:
6-granny smith or gala apples
2 cups walnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1/4 cup of raisins
1/8 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons coconut oil (save until the end)

Directions:
preheat oven to 400 F

With a sharp knife hollow out the core of the apples, being careful to not cut through the bottom of the apple (about 1/2" from the bottom and 11/2" in diameter)
In a food processer mix the additional ingredients roughly, try not to make the walnuts too fine. Stuff the apples with the processed mixture, place on a wax paper lined baking sheet and drizzle with the coconut oil. Cover with foil and place in the oven for a...
